Hosting and server log files

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser, including IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and operating system used. This serves the technically error-free operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Google Fonts

This website embeds fonts (Google Fonts) externally via Google's servers. When a page is loaded, your browser retrieves the required fonts directly from Google, which establishes a connection to Google's servers and may transmit your IP address to Google. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and technically stable presentation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed to handle your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). The contact form is currently disabled and in a testing phase: incoming submissions are currently only logged server-side (console log) and are neither stored permanently nor forwarded to any third party or email service.

Once the form is enabled and a real delivery channel (e.g. an email inbox) is set up, this section will be updated accordingly.

Notification sign-up

Through the "Still in the works" notice, you can optionally leave your email address to be informed about updates (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, consent). This feature is also currently disabled and in a testing phase: email addresses entered are currently only logged server-side (console log) and are not stored permanently or used for any actual newsletter delivery.

No analytics or tracking tools

This website currently does not use any analytics, marketing or tracking cookies, or comparable third-party tools.

Your choice between light and dark theme is stored purely on a technical basis in your browser's local storage (localStorage), not as a cookie and without any personal reference. Your language selection may be stored by the website technology used (Next.js) in a technically necessary cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your chosen language on a future visit.

Changes to this privacy policy

We will update this privacy policy as soon as the data controller, hosting, or the data processed changes, in particular once the contact form and notification feature go live in production.
